Purpose and Mission

Purpose and Mission

That all may experience life to the fullest. (John 10:10)

To help emerging leaders discover God's design for their lives - addressing brokenness to help restore self, the workplace, and the world.

Core Values

Core Values

Guided by the Holy Spirit, our core values are...

Grounded in the Gospel

"Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ..." Ephesians 4:12

The gospel of Jesus Christ is the foundation on which we base, steward, and measure our influence.

Commitment and Accountability

"Iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." Proverbs 27:17

Our commitment is defined by action that inspires, attracts, and unites others through an intentional and consistent practice of authenticity.

Selfless Collaboration

"As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace..." 1 Peter 4:10

We elevate God's work and others' interests above our own, so that by working together we will realize the greatest good.

Personal Growth

"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." Romans 12:2

We actively engage in the process of increasing our capacity to serve.
